The Old Port of Montréal invites partners to contribute to the high-quality recreational tourism products and services and programming offered on its outdoor site. Located on a 2.5 km stretch of land between Old Montreal and the St. Lawrence River, the Old Port of Montréal is a prime attractions site and popular meeting point for Montreal residents and tourists alike. The Montréal Science Centre’s reputation as an innovation leader ranks it among the city’s most prominent cultural institutions. Commercial operations on the Old Port’s site:

  • provide exposure to the site and its heritage buildings;
  • provide exposure to this exceptional heritage and help in its preservation;
  • support the development, implementation, and deployment of diversified and high-quality products and recreational and river leisure activities.

 

Annually, the Old Port of Montréal welcomes an average of 6.3 million visitors, with 4.5 million visiting during the summer season.

  • The submission process is conducted entirely online. We consider all proposals submitted by email. Proposals submitted by phone or to our offices will not be considered.
  • Projects that do not align with current and future needs cannot be considered.
  • Submissions are considered strictly based on their relevance. No waiting list exists.
  • Projects must align with the available infrastructure and applicable safety standards.
  • Selected projects must comply with our customer service standards and requirements.
  • Proposals must supply all information requested on the submission form in order to be considered.
  • The Old Port of Montréal Corporation may turn down any and all projects at its entire discretion.
