Explore what lies beyond the traditional poutine and discover more than 40 unprecedented poutine styles prepared by some of Québec’s greatest chef poutineers.

This year’s six-day program includes an even bigger Poutine Village filled with exhibitors and even more artists and craftspeople from Québec, as well as new events and attractions, including shows and games for poutine lovers of all ages.

Access to the festival site is free and profits from poutine sales will be donated to a local non-profit organization.
