Past event

On July 1st, The Old Port of Montreal will once again host the Canada Day celebrations. Interactive activities, entertainment, and stage performances will make our values shine.

This year, festivities will be held at St. Pierre Square (near Port of Montreal’s Grand Quay): a green space near the St. Lawrence River, accessible to all who wish to have fun, to gather and to spend family time together. An emblematic day that will be remembered by the new Canadians that will be sworn-in. This is the inspiration behind the Canada Day Celebrations.

Starting at 12 p.m., a 21-gun salute by the Canadian Armed Forces will kick-off the festivities. At 8:30 pm, a show with warm rhythms will unite us around our fabulous artists, until the fireworks end our day at 10 p.m.

Come experience and share a wonderful day with your families and friends.
