Origine Bistro’s philosophy is rooted in the promotion of completely organic local ingredients or that which is fairly traded.
The name Origine, which means original or ‘starting point’, stems from the restaurant’s coordinates, ‘O. 0’, at the junction of St Lawrence Boulevard and the river - the median line between east and west of the city of Montreal.
