A Taste Of The Caribbean (TOTC) is Quebec’s premier Caribbean cultural event.  Celebrating its 18th year, TOTC 2017 – The Rum Edition, is a five day cultural feast of food, music and arts from over 20 Caribbean nations including Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Cuba and many more!

This year, the theme is “The Rum Edition” where you’ll introduce your palate to the favorite spirit of the Caribbean in a variety of ways. The rum edition will be full of tastings and Master Classes featuring rums expertly curated by Montreal’s own Global Rum Ambassador Gabrielle Panaccio; cooking demonstrations from Alain Lemaire, award-winning chef and contestant on the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen; and mixology demonstrations from St-James Rum at the St-James Tiki Bar. As usual, we also have music and dance performances as well as activities for the entire family including percussion and domino workshops, and much more!

From Jamaica’s famous jerk chicken to the spiced Rums of Barbados and Grenada, we invite you to come and explore the islands through your taste buds! A Taste Of The Caribbean is an exotic feast for the senses!
