Qualité Tourisme certification
The Old Port of Montréal Corporation is proud to hold the Qualité Tourisme seal of approval, a form of quality certification based on the NQ 9700-085 standard defined by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec and Tourisme Québec. The program is part of Quebec's tourism quality initiative, itself part of the province's tourism policy, and attests to the quality of customer service received by visitors to the Quays of the Old Port and the Science Centre. The Old Port of Montréal Corporation, the manager of the Quays and the Science Centre, was one of the first major tourist attractions in Quebec to receive this certification.
